Thomas Anthony Neumeier, 73, of Delphos, passed away Saturday afternoon, June 7, 2025 at Kauhale of Centerville.
He was born November 15, 1951 in Lima to John and Alice (Friemoth) Neumeier who both preceded him in death. On August 20, 1983. He married Tami (Longstreth) Neumeier who survives in Delphos.
Tom is also survived by his daughters, Alana (Don) Stemen of Kettering, Lindsay (Andy) Stechschulte of Columbus Grove, and Katie (David) Bonham of Lansing, Michigan; grandchildren, Braden, Owen, Harper, Olivia, Myles and Emily; siblings, Kay (Roger) Schlereth of Delphos, Bill (Jo) Neumeier of Columbus, Roger (Candy) Neumeier of Lima, Donnie (Lois) Neumeier of Delphos, Gary ‘Tubby’/‘Sparky’ (Marsha) Neumeier of Tennessee, Jerry (Doris) Neumeier of Delphos, Joanie (Dave) Nijak of Florida, and Ben (Cheryl) Neumeier of Delphos.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary (Cletus) Vonderwell; a sister-in-law, Jane Neumeier; in-laws, Hank and Marie Longstreth.
Tom was a 1971 graduate of Delphos St. John’s. He retired after 35 years of working at Eaton Corporation. He enjoyed all outdoor fun and chores, having owned and operated LATT Landscaping. After retirement, he became one of the original employees of Weber Funeral Home. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, and enjoyed helping out at the K of C Hall. Tom was a huge Notre Dame fan, with his family’s encouragement, he became an usher for the football games moving up the ladder to become a member of the Guest Services Team as a “Green Coat”. He eventually was involved in the other sports at Notre Dame and their graduation ceremonies. For many years he loved spending time at Rose Lake with family and friends. Above all Tom loved his family, they meant the world to him. A Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 13 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, where a Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be shared at weberfh.net
