LeighAnn Elizabeth Hotz

LeighAnn Elizabeth Hotz, 30 years old, of Hendersonville, TN, formerly of Inverness, FL and Delphos, OH, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 unexpectedly at her home.

LeighAnn was born May 8, 1991, in Lima, OH, to Patrick “Kelly” and Kathy Hotz. She is survived by her parents, Kelly and Kathy (West) Hotz of Inverness, FL, her sister Kristian (Anthony) Porco of Orlando, FL, her brother, Patrick “PK” (Tara) Hotz of Floral City, FL, and 6 nieces/nephews, Nicoletta, Milana and Franco Porco of Orlando, FL, and Cheyenne, Killian, and Johnathon Hotz of Floral City, FL, and her maternal grandmother, Grace Irene West of Toledo, OH.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Robert “Bob” and Charlotte Hotz of Beverly Hills, FL and William “Bill” West of Toledo, OH.

LeighAnn was a dedicated server, having worked at multiple restaurants over the years bringing smiles and laughs to her coworkers and customers. Most recently she was working at Demos’ in Hendersonville, TN where she had worked for over seven years. LeighAnn enjoyed spending time visiting with her family in Florida.

A celebration of LeighAnn’s life was held in Inverness, FL.  A public graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 11 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter in her name. The family is hoping to start a memorial foundation in her memory at a later time.
