DELPHOS
William E. Teman age 95, of Delphos died Saturday, October 4, 2025 at his residence. He was born on April 15, 1930 in Delphos to Benjamin and Mary (Goings) Teman who preceded him in death. On June 14, 1951 he married A. Eileen (Fought) Teman and she passed away on June 24, 2019.
Bill is survived by his son William E. ‘Tug’ (Valeria) Teman of Delphos, his daughters Jenni (Teman) Litten of Columbus Grove and Martha Jayne (Duane) Wagner of Elida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; Stephanie (Glen) Renner, Bill (Lisa) Joseph, Ginger (Dave) Stemen, Donald Eugene Hammons, Wendy (Marc) Hammons, Jordan (Courtney) Wagner, Jarrett (Brooke) Wagner, Ernie (Lacy) Teman, Ross (Emily) Litten, Joe (Carolyn) Litten, and JoAnn (Greg) Oliver, 25 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren. Bill is survived by his brother Winfred Teman of Delphos.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Luwana and son in law Ronald Joseph, son in law Mike Litten, and three brothers and two sisters.
Bill retired from the Lima Ford Engine plant as a machinist after over 30 years of service. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a Life member of the V.F.W post #3035 of Delphos, and a life member of the American Legion Post in Spencerville, and a Life member of the Delphos Eagles #471. He was an avid Donald Trump supporter, was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and also on Thursday, October 9, for 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 East Fifth St., Delphos. The funeral for Bill will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home, burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites by the Delphos Veterans Council.
