Timothy J. Thines

Timothy J. Thines, 53, of Delphos, formerly of Naples, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on December 4, 2017. His Family.... He was born June 25, 1964 in Lima to Rosalind ‘Roz' Kill, who survives in Naples, Florida and Dennis Thines, who preceded him in death. He is also survived by a brother, Shawn Thines of Delphos; a sister, Michelle (Greg) Ryan of Charleston, South Carolina; 1 nephew; 5 nieces; and 1 great-niece. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Luke and Dolores Kill, and John and Josephine Thines. His Legacy.... Tim was a 1983 graduate of Delphos Jefferson. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church where he was a communion distributor. Tim worked at Meijer in Lima until his illness became serious. He had previously worked at Omni Equipment Source in Florida. His Farewell Services.... a memorial Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 11 at St. John the Baptist Church, Landeck with Rev. Dennis Walsh officiating. Burial will follow in Landeck St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 10 at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, where a Parish Wake Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Church renovations.
