Ronald Jacomet

August 31, 1933 — July 9, 2022

Ronald Jacomet, age 88, of Delphos passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born August 31, 1933, in Lima to Donald G. and Ella Mary (Butler) Jacomet.

Ronald is survived by a daughter, Deb Estes of Van Wert; and his significant other of over 20 years, Donna Walcott. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Chasity Sudduth, John (Erica) Sudduth, Josh (Shelly) Sudduth and Ray (Bre) Sudduth; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Austin, Killian, Keaton, Layla, Landyn Sudduth, Bradley Wilder and Caitlyn Wilder; and two great-great-grandchildren, Miles Walsh and Declan Frost. Ronald is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald Jacomet.

In his younger days Ron had worked at his dad’s service station, Don and Del’s, he then worked at Huffy Corporation for many years.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 12:00 noon at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St, Delphos, Rev. Ron Lumn officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at noon. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Defiance Inpatient Hospice in memory of Ronald.
