Rena Sue Keeling

Rena S. Keeling, 72, of Delphos, passed away Monday evening, May 30, 2022 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born December 14, 1949, in Allen County Ohio to the late Ralph and Arbona (Raines) Bohn. On September 20, 1969, she married Robert Keeling who passed away May 31, 2022.

Rena is survived by a son, John Keeling of Delphos; daughter, Kimberly Bowersox of Delphos; brothers, Luke (Kim) Bohn of Delphos and Mark (Deb) Bohn of Lima; sisters, Brenda (Norman) Howell of Lima, Cyndie (Bryan) Moorman of Spencerville and Rachel (Brad) Hammons of Landeck; grandchildren, Alyssa Keeling, Brice Keeling, Andrew (Melinda) Keeling and Hunter Bowersox; great-grandchildren, Skylor, Jackson, Weston, Hallie, Brayden, Devan, Nova, Reilee and Paxton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Arbona Bohn; step-mother, Leannah Bohn; and her brother, Eric Bohn.

Rena was a 1968 graduate of Delphos Jefferson where she had played in the band. She retired from Aeroquip and had previously worked at The Delphos Herald. She liked her roses and collected glass figurines and Elvis plates. Rena’s favorite TV channel was TCM, she loved watching old black and white movies.

A gathering of family and friends to remember Bob and Rena will be 1:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 4 at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth Street, Delphos. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Online condolences may be shared at www.weberfh.net.
