Philip R. Lenhart, 76, of Sidney, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017, at St. Rita's Medical Center. His Family.... He was born September 20, 1940 in Sidney, Ohio to Paul Lenhart and Lillian (Daugherty) Lenhart, who both preceded him in death. He is survived by a son, Richard of Sidney. He is also survived by his significant other, friend, and care giver, Sylvia Horstman of Ottoville. His Farewell Services.... There was no visitation or service held. Burial will be at a later date.
