Maryann Dunlap

MaryAnn Dunlap, 95, of Delphos passed away Friday, August 26, 2022, at her home with her loving family at her side.

She was born November 21, 1926, in Delphos to the late Harry and Velma (Lutz) Patton.

MaryAnn is survived by a son, David Nelson of Delphos; daughters, Kathy Joseph and Traci (Chris) Wells both of Delphos; brother-in-law, Robert Jones of Gomer; grandchildren, Patricia (Richard) Garrison, Todd (Michelle Shoemaker) Joseph, Kim (Chuck Richardson) Joseph, Troy Joseph, Kelly Nelson and Austin Nelson; great-grandchildren, Shannon (Robert) Whitacre, Tisha (Shane Schimmoller) Garrison, Dustin Long, Kayla Garrison, Trent Joseph, Caid Joseph, Ryleigh Richardson; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Velma Patton; son, Joey Nelson; daughter, Louise (Billy) Westfall; brothers George Patton and Lloyd Patton; sisters, Maxine (Patton) Custer and Eris (Patton) Jones; and a granddaughter, Tina Westfall.

MaryAnn was the matriarch of five generations. She was retired after having worked over 30 years at New Delphos Manufacturing. She was a member of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary 471 for over 50 years. She enjoyed bingo, gambling bus trips to casinos, soap operas, dancing, crossword puzzles and country music. Above all MaryAnn loved her family.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 2, at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, and an hour prior to the funeral on Friday at Weber Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences can be shared at www.weberfh.net.
