Kenneth L. Miller

Kenneth L. Miller, 78, of Landeck, passed away Monday morning, November 19, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Ken was born July 10, 1940, in Landeck to Otto and Rita (Pohlman) Miller, who both preceded him in death. On October 3, 1959, he married Cheryl (Druckemiller) Miller, who survives in Landeck. He is also survived by three sons, Stephen M. (Jeanne) Miller, Jeffrey (Cherie) Miller, and Russell (Jackie) Miller, all of Landeck; a daughter, Suzanne (Steve) Dunlap of Elida; a brother, Larry (Joyce) Miller of Ottoville; two sisters, Norma Ditto of Landeck, and Carol (Ron) Wurst of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Brian (Marcy) Miller, Jessica (Tom) Beaupre, Meghan (Chris Ulm) Dunlap, Nicholas Dunlap, Paige (Dylan) Haehn, Bailey Miller, and Quintin Miller. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Landeck Foresters, and Eagles Aerie #471. He was founder of M&W Storage Systems in 1973, M&W Construction in 1980, and Miller Homes in 1984. Ken was a lifelong farmer, no one else was allowed to run his dozer or combine. Ken's family was first and foremost in his life. He loved spending time with them, especially at Crooked Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 23 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Landeck. Burial will follow in Landeck Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, where a Landeck Foresters service will be held at 7:45 p.m., followed by a Parish Wake Service; and from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
