Judith A. Plumpe

Judith A. Plumpe (Judy), age 79 of Ft. Jennings passed away Wednesday October 8, 2025 at Shawnee Manor, Lima. She was born September 12, 1946 in Lima to Gail Bowers and Delores (Hutchins) Bowers, who preceded her in death. On October 14, 1967 she married August H. Plumpe Jr. (Gus), and he survives in Ft. Jennings, Ohio.

Judy is survived by her children, son Augie (Crystal) Plumpe of Lima, daughters, Lisa (Dave) Burgei New Albany Ohio, Gina (Keith) Moorman of Ottoville Ohio and Angie (Dave) Ireton of Ottawa Ohio, her brothers, Rob (Pat) Bowers and Jim Bowers, both of Spencerville Ohio. Judith has 12 grandchildren, Rachel (Cainan) Cramer, Ashley and Sydney Burgei, Alyssa and Kyle Odenweller, Nick, Emily, Beth and Andy Moorman, August, Daniel and Marshall Plumpe, and one great grandchild Lincoln Cramer.

Judy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Friends and family may call Sunday October 12, 2025 from 4:00pm- 6:00pm and one hour on Monday October 13, 2025 from 10:00am- 11:00am prior to the funeral service at Weber Funeral Home. The funeral services will be on Monday October 13, 2025 at 11:00am at the funeral home, Pastor Neal Whitney officiating. Burial will follow in the Hartford Cemetery.
