Janet M. Burklo

Janet M. Burklo, 76, of Delphos, Ohio, passed away on October 30, 2025, at Vancrest of Delphos.

She was born August 5, 1949, to the late Jeanne and Paul Schaffner. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Mick Schaffner; daughter, Tracy Rigdon; and son, Chad Burklo.

Janet is survived by her siblings, James (Ann) Schaffner, Marilyn (James) Robinson, and Sue Warnecke; sister-in-law, Karen Schaffner; son-in-law, Mark Rigdon; grandchildren, Julia (Kyle) White and Jerry Billingsley; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Janet was retired from a career in government contracting. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and extended family, dog sitting, visiting Disney World, working crossword puzzles, volunteering, and spending time at the American Legion and Eagles.

A memorial service will be held at a later date with family. Donations may be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses. Online condolences can be shared at weberfh.net.
