Donald Albert Kurtz

Donald A. Kurtz, age 71, of Lima, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Meadows of Delphos.

He was born July 1, 1955 in Lima, to Donald E. and Ruth (Moorman) Kurtz, who preceded him in death.

Donald is survived by sisters, Lynn Woten, Julie Fuerst, Lana (Robert) Spieles, Laura (Mike) Krolak, and Linda Daulbaugh all of Delphos, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Poe; great niece, Faith Osting; and a nephew, Jim Norris.

Donald was a 1973 graduate of Delphos St. John’s School, he was an avid championship snowmobile racer in his younger years, and he loved animals. He enjoyed sports especially following Delphos St. John’s and Ohio State. He will always be remembered for growing up in the middle of 6 sisters and always willing to help family and neighbors with any projects. Donald retired from Thermal Gard as well.

A private family memorial service was held at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery with his parents.
