Diane K. Black, 66, of Elida, passed away Monday afternoon, May 26, 2025 at Mercy Health St. Rita’s.

She was born January 6, 1959 in Lima to John and Annetta (King) Morris who both preceded her in death. On October 10, 2010 she married James Barker who survives in Elida.

Diane is survived by a stepdaughter, Kym Smith of Fayetteville, TN; a brother, John Morris of Deland, FL; sisters, Jane (Dean) Clevenger of Massillon and Ruth Fletcher of Lima; and five step-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Seth Black.

Diane was retired from Randall Bearings. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, making baby blankets for all her friends who were expecting. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Tennessee; and going to concerts along the Ohio River in Ashland, Kentucky. Diane loved and enjoyed her pets.

A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth Street, Delphos. Burial will follow in Pike Run Cemetery, Gomer.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday before the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.  Online condolences may be shared at weberfh.net
