David M. 'Bubba' Hoersten

DELPHOS

David M. ‘Bubba’ Hoersten, age 64, of Delphos passed away Friday, December 19, 2025 at VanCrest of Delphos.

He was born September 24, 1961 in Lima to Harry and Velma(Kill) Hoersten who preceded him in death.

Bubba is survived by two sisters, Margie(Douglas) McNeal of Delphos and Janet Swift of Spencerville, a brother Larry(Patricia) Hoersten of Delphos. He is also survived by three nephews and a niece and eight great nephews and two great nieces.

He was preceded in death by his sister Nancy Merschman and his brother in law Michael Swift.

Bubba was a 1981 graduate of Delphos Jefferson High School. He was a member of the Delphos Eagles 471. He had worked at RTH Processing and enjoyed helping his neighbors with their farming.

It was his wish to be cremated. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
