Chad Matthew Neuman

Chad Matthew Neuman, 33, of Delphos, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was born in Lima October 3, 1984 to Steve Neuman and Carol (Fisher) Short. His father preceded him in death, his mother survives in Delphos. He is also survived by his brothers, Shane Neuman, Timothy Short Jr. and John Short, all of Delphos; and his step-father, Tim Short, of Delphos. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charlie and Mary Neuman. Chad will be truly missed by his family and friends. Arrangements were entrusted to Weber Funeral Home, Delphos.
