Carolyn L. Fischer

Carolyn L. Fischer, 79, of Delphos, passed away Friday evening, December 15, 2017, at Vancrest of Delphos. Her Family.... She was born March 15, 1938 in Delphos to the late Harold and LaDonna (Brinkman) Eggeman. On August 10, 1957, she married Eugene Fischer, who survives in Delphos. She is also survived by a son, Terry Fischer of Delphos; a daughter, Janet (Jeff) Ricker of Spencerville; five sisters, Judy Sudhoff of Ft. Recovery, Diane (John) Grothouse of Delphos, Kathy Dukes of Plantation, Florida, Linda Gerdeman of Lima, and Carla (Steve) Bonifas of Delphos; and a granddaughter, Amber E. Fischer. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Eggeman. Her Legacy.... Carolyn was a farm wife. She had worked many years at A&W Root Beer in Delphos. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Carolyn enjoyed spending the winter in Florida. Her Farewell Services.... It was her wish to be cremated. Private graveside services were held at Resurrection Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos.
