Randall L. Murray, 57, of Delphos, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. His Family.... He was born August 23, 1957 in Lima to Daniel Patrick and Rosie (Heidenescher) Murray. His mother survives in Delphos. On November 10, 2011 he married Karen (Cecil) Murray who survives in Delphos. He is also survived by four sons, Ryan (Daniela) Murray of Raleigh, North Carolina, Justin Murray of Columbus, Zachary Cecil of Denver, Colorado and Trey Cecil (Stacy Shaffer) of Delphos; two daughters, Racheal Cecil and Erin Cecil, both of Delphos; two brothers, Mike (Karen) Murray and Patrick E. (Cindy) Murray both of Gahanna; two sisters, Cynthia Murray and Jill (Greg) Swick both of Delphos; two grandchildren, Logan and Vincent Murray, both of Delphos; a sister-in-law, Sharon (Michael) Shearer of Akron; mother-in-law, Ellen Wheeler of Akron. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Patrick Murray. His Legacy.... Randall retired from Aflac Insurance Company, where he received the president's award for five years for the number 1 district and number 1 in sales. He was a 20 year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 471 in Delphos where he held many offices including Worthy President. He was an avid hunter who was a passionate Detroit Lions fans. He enjoyed golfing and feeding his fish in his pond. He enjoyed his trips of a lifetime to Key West, Florida and Tombstone, Arizona. His Farewell Services.... A celebration of Randall's life will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 at Strayer Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth Street, Delphos, Father Daniel Johnson officiating, with an Eagles memorial service immediately following. The family invites everyone to the Eagles for a meal for a time of reflection and laughter after the services.
