Billy L. Westfall

Billy L. Westfall, 75, of Delphos, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center Inpatient Hospice Care Unit. His Family.... He was born May 1, 1941 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to Bub and Ella (Case) Westfall. On January 18, 1964 he married Mildred Louise Nelson. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Louise (Nelson) Westfall of Delphos; a daughter, Patricia (Richard) Garrison of Delphos; a sister, Opal Pleska of Wellington; three grandchildren, Shannon Peters (Bob Whitacre), Tisha Garrison and Kayla Garrison (Brian Spranger); five great-grandchildren, Sheldyn, Gretchen, Kendalynn, Stella and Paiselynn; a sister-in-law, Kathy Joseph; a brother-in-law, David Nelson; his mother-in-law, Maryann Dunlap; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bub and Ella Westfall; a daughter, Tina Westfall; 5 brothers and 3 sisters. His Legacy.... Billy had worked at New Delphos Manufacturing for 17 ½ years. He enjoyed garage saleing and porch sitting. He loved spending time with his family. His Farewell Services.... A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 15 at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, Linda and Marvin Vanburen officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and an hour before the service on Wednesday. Memorial contributions are to the family.
