Pre-need Transfer

Transfer Your Preneed To Weber

You are the owner of your pre-need account. Ohio law requires that money held in all prearranged funeral contracts, also known as a pre-need, be placed in escrow by a funeral home licensed by the state to do so. In Ohio, state law requires these contracts to be held in an insurance contract or trust fund.

To transfer your pre-need contract, call 419-695-0033 to set up an appointment. Simply gather the prearranged contract documents you have in your possession and bring them with you for the appointment. We can discuss and finalize this transaction. Weber Funeral Home will honor all existing funeral plans at no additional cost. You will need to sign a transfer request form and the rest will be handled by our funeral home. To ease stress you will not be required to contact the funeral home which you are transferring your prearranged contract from.

We will guide your family in creating a meaningful ceremony to honor the life and memory of a loved one. A ceremony can be anything you wish it to be: simple or elaborate, traditional or unique.
