Julia Fraley Obituary

Julia Mae Fraley, 76, of Delphos, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 4, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne. Her Family.... She was born March 9, 1941 in Manton, Kentucky to Othur and Grace (Kimbler) Lumpkins, who both preceded her in death. She was married to Danny Fraley who preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Matthew (Jessica) Fraley of Grassy Creek, Kentucky; three daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Rich of Lebanon, Tennessee, Dawn (Randy) Culp of Grover Hill, and Bonita Fraley of Delphos; two sisters, Alma ‘Pam' (Larry Skinner) Harshe of Seagoville, Texas and Barb (Bob) Hall of Sarasota, Florida; and eleven grandchildren. Her Legacy.... Julia was a Christian whose faith was very important to her. She served in the United States Army. She graduated from St. Rita's Medical Center X-ray Tech School. She was a quality control specialist with Tellabs, retiring in 2004. After retirement she graduated summa cum laude from Morehead State University in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Her Farewell Services.... A gathering for the celebration of Julia's life will be held Sunday, January 7 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
